Money back-warranty for our Thesis Support

The team of TentamenTrainingen.nl consists of students and graduates. Like no other, we understand the importance of passing your thesis (and if possible before the deadline!). Therefore, we will do everything we can to make sure you succeed. With our progress-oriented method and personal approach we give you the optimal thesis support.

Warranty

If your thesis is rejected despite our help, we believe we have to help you further. Therefore, we offer you a unique warranty. If your thesis is not approved despite our thesis support, you will first receive the number of consultations you have used with us for free for your next thesis deadline. If your thesis is also rejected in the second attempt, you will even get your money back.

The conditions below apply to the warranty, please read this carefully. If you want to use the warranty, please fill out the application form on our website via this link: warrantyform. In case you have questions, please let us know via info@tentamentrainingen.nl.

Terms & conditions

The warranty is applicable to all thesis supervision, unless stated otherwise. We offer this warranty in order to make sure our whole organization is focused on making you pass your thesis. Yet we do expect from you, that you give it your best as well. Therefore, we set up some ground conditions you have to meet, in order for the warranty to be applicable:

  • You have completed your thesis and submitted it correctly and in time (ie within the set deadline) to your educational institution
  • Your thesis has been reviewed and definitively rejected by your thesis supervisor at your educational institution. You will therefore have to start a new thesis project in order to get your degree.
    Note: if your thesis is temporary disapproved, but you still have the chance to make improvements, we see this as one thesis trajectory only. We will gladly help you within this period to ensure your thesis will be approved eventually! In this case you can’t rely on the warrantee yet.
  • You have informed us within two weeks after your thesis has been rejected, via filling out and sending us the warranty-application form on our website. If we receive your application positively and in time, we will let you know how many consultations you can use for free during your next trajectory and how to plan these best in the next period.
  • You have completed your second thesis, and submitted this correctly and in time ((ie within the set deadline) to your educational institution
  • Your second thesis has been assessed and definitively rejected by the thesis supervisor of your educational institution. You will therefore have to start a new thesis project in order to graduate.
    Note: if your thesis is temporary disapproved, but you still have the chance to make improvements, we see this as one thesis trajectory only. We will gladly help you within this period to ensure your thesis will be approved eventually! In this case you can’t rely on the warrantee yet.
  • You have informed us within two weeks after your second thesis is definitively rejected, via filling out and sending us the warranty-application form on our website. If we receive your application positively and in time, we will let you know what amount you will receive from us.
    Note: you will receive the amount you have spent during your first thesis trajectory. If you have added extra consultations after following free consultations in your second trajectories, these consultations are not part of the warranty

Exceptions

  • If no deadline is set for your thesis, the guarantee will expire at any time if the thesis is not submitted to the educational institution for assessment within 1 calendar year after the first consultation was conducted. The term of 1 calendar year applies to both the first and the second thesis trajectory.
  • When the warranty entitles you to free consultations, but you decide not to use it for your second trajectory, then your warranty will expire.
